The goal of this chapter is to promote safe individual and family activities. The chapter is open to all persons currently members of the National Harley Owners Group. Chapter 3417’s yearly dues are $25.00 Closed rides are open to members and one guest. The member is responsible for their guest and their behavior. The member is responsible to inform the road captain if they bring a guest, and make their guest aware of the rules of safe riding as stated in our chapter road rules guide form. You will receive a newsletter at least six times a year. We welcome photos, items of interest, and articles written by members. Frank Lombardi and Sons Harley Davidson and Chapter 3417 officers assume no liability for actions resulting in damages by actions of any member or guests of Chapter 3417. All members, guests and persons participate at their own risk.
